TicketsGator is an authorized reseller of theme park tickets. Our tickets are sourced through official supply channels and are identical to tickets purchased directly at the gate. Every ticket we sell is a valid, scannable admission ticket.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, or any other theme park, attraction, or brand referenced on this website.
2. Park Trademarks
All theme park names, logos, characters, and trademarks referenced on TicketsGator.io are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is solely for descriptive and identification purposes — to clearly indicate which tickets are being offered for sale. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is implied.
3. Pricing Disclosure
Prices displayed on TicketsGator.io are our resale prices and may differ from the gate price charged by the parks or prices offered by other authorized resellers. Gate prices referenced on this site (used to calculate and display savings) are based on publicly available pricing from each park's official website and are updated regularly. Actual gate prices may vary depending on the date, ticket type, and current park promotions.
4. Park Operations
TicketsGator has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any aspect of theme park operations, including but not limited to:
- Park hours and operating schedules
- Ride and attraction availability
- Park reservation requirements
- Capacity limits and park closures
- Special event blackout dates
- Changes to park policies, pricing, or admission requirements
We strongly recommend verifying current park information on the park's official website before your visit.
5. Florida Sales Tax
In compliance with Florida state law, applicable sales tax is collected and remitted on all ticket sales. The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes.
6. Ticket Validity
All park vouchers sold through TicketsGator are valid for admission at the attractions listed at purchase. If you experience any issue redeeming your voucher at the attraction's ticket window or in the attraction's official app, please contact us immediately at support@ticketsgator.io or call 407-279-0892 before leaving the venue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Export Restrictions
Tickets sold by TicketsGator are valid only at the specified Florida-based attraction and must be redeemed in person at the venue. We do not ship physical goods internationally. Customers worldwide may purchase, but redemption requires physical presence at the United States venue. Tickets have no monetary value outside the venue and cannot be cashed in or used at any non-Florida attraction. See our Delivery & Redemption Policy for full details.
